Enniskillen Castle Welcomes Back the International Market This May!
The International Market is set to return on the 17th May at 10am and finishing on the 19th May at 6pm. Surrounded by Lough Erne, the backdrop also includes the historic Enniskillen Castle. This event is not just a marketplace but a cultural experience, showcasing international cuisines located in Ireland’s only island town.
Organised again this year by Market Place Europe, who stated last year “Our first visit of our Northern Ireland tour is what has to be one of the best locations we visit with our International Market, Enniskillen Castle. Set in the courtyard of the 600 year old Castle on the banks of the River Erne our International traders will showcase their array of foods, drinks, arts and crafts.“
Locals and visitors alike will have the opportunity to embark on a culinary journey around the world without leaving the surroundings of Fermanagh. The markets don’t only include food but many other stalls from Spanish ceramics to Zimbabwean handmade arts and crafts. Families can make a day of it, with something for all ages.
So mark your calendars, gather your friends and family, and join us for a culinary adventure like no other at the Enniskillen International Market 2024.
With an exciting lineup of vendors, live entertainment, and delicious food to sample, it’s an event not to be missed! Stay tuned for updates and announcements as we count down the days to this spectacular celebration of food, culture, and community. We can’t wait to see you there!
