Event Details

Join an experienced Cave Leader and Geopark staff for the Pollnagollum Wild Caving.

During the Pollnagollum Wild Caving you will learn about how the cave formed over geological time, the history of the exploration and how it received its name. Then you will follow the route of the water after it crashes from the top of a 40ft cliff and disappears underground into the unknown. Lastly, you will find out why this spot is special enough to be assigned legal protection and what you can do to help preserve the cave and the surrounding areas of the Geopark for generations to come. All equipment will be provided but please wear warm waterproof clothing and wellies. Meet at Boho Community Centre. Booking essential via Marble Arch Caves Geopark Website. After the fun treat yourself to delicious cuisine or cocktails in one of Enniskillen's fabulous bars or restaurants in the town.
